Symptoms
Purge Concurrent Request and/or Manager Data (FNDCPPUR) program does not remove operating system (OS) files. After running FNDCPPUR , there are still files with zero bytes (with extension .RTF and .PDF ) which are not deleted by FNDCPPUR from the file system.
