Inventory Receiving and Misc Transactions Render Errors (FRM-40735, ORA-04062, FORM-FUNCTION) when Entering Transaction Lot Details (Doc ID 1060766.1)

Symptoms

In Inventory, when trying to deliver a lot controlled item the following errors are displayed:

1. Before entering the lot details in the Lot Entry form the following error is displayed in the Receiving Transactions form:

'ORA-01403: no data found'

2. When continuing and opening the Lot Entry form from the Receiving Transactions form to enter Lot details the following additional errors are displayed:

FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062

FORM-FUNCTION NOT AVAILABLE

The same errors are displayed when entering the lot details for the same item through the Inventory Miscellaneous Transactions form.

No invalid objects are found in the database.
