Unable to select a segment attribute in the 'Column' field when setting up the descriptive flexfield (DFF) "Collector Information".  The following error is received:

FRM-41830: List of Value contains no entries

Steps to reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Setup > Financials > Flexfields > Descriptive > Segments

• Query for the DFF 'Collector Information'.
• Click on the Segment button.
• Enter Name, Description.
• In the Column field, click to open the list of values to select an attribute.

This error only occurs for this particular descriptive flexfield.
