GL: Document Sequence Not Working In Enter Journal Form GLXJEENT (Doc ID 1060894.6)

Symptoms

You have defined document sequencing but it is not working in the Enter Journals form as follows:
Responsibility = General Ledger Super User GUI
GUI Navigation = Journals/Enter Gui
Form Name = GLXJEENT (Enter Journals)
1. Sign into Oracle Applications as General Ledger Super User GUI and navigate to Enter Journals form by clicking on Journals/Enter and then [New Journal].
2. Enter your data and save.
3. The Document Number field is not populated.
