Customer Form Error: When inactivating a customer account an error is raised: 'This Usage assignment does not exist' (Doc ID 1061039.1)

Symptoms

When trying to inactivate an account in the Customer Maintenance responsibility, the following error message is received:


    Error This usage assignment does not exist.

After receiving this message, users were not able to inactivate the customer.  Currently, there are no open invoices, claims or receipts for this account number.

The issue only happens to this customer.

Steps to reproduce:
-Go to USS CA Receivables Customer Maintenance, N: Customers : Customers
-In the Customer Search page, enter account number 1062 and click 'Go'
-Click on Account Details icon
-In the Account Details page, change Status from 'Active' to 'Inactive'.
