Goal

After adding a new field on the People Group Flexfield as required with a default value, when entering/loading information to this field, it does not allow entry. Also, information that was previously entered on other fields of the Key Flexfield (KFF) is no longer available.

The KFF now errors for missing information. Why does this happen and how can it be prevented?
