Symptoms

GLXJEENT: In the Enter Journals form, when attempting to change the period name of a journal batch, the user gets this error:

APP-01206 this record already exists
APP-FND-01206 This record already exists. You entered a duplicate value that must be unique for every record

 OR:

APP-01206 This record already exists, you entered a duplicate value or sequence of values that must be unique for every record
