Symptoms
When creating or searching for a specific customer, the following error message is displayed.
Error
APP-AR-96282: Error: The criteria you entered provide too many matching results. Enter additional criteria or modify the match rule to get fewer, appropriate results.
The issue occurs only sporadically i.e. searching for specific customers using some criteria e.g. customer number, or creating customers - the error may be displayed but you can then go ahead and create another customer without problems.
