Goal
After copying logo .gif files to the server, users still do not see them on the iProcurement home page. Users only see "This is the store's image."
What needs to be done to see them?
Steps to Reproduce

1. Copy logo gif files to:
ebs\oracle\dev\apps\tech_st\10.1.2\sysman\config_$#$_
2. Log into iProcurement Requester responsibility.
3. Do not see the images, instead see "This is the store's image".
