Responsible Party Not Showing On Event Screen (Doc ID 1065354.1)

On OTM 6.0 when a Responsible Party is created that Responsible Party does not show in the drop down when creating an Event for a Shipment in the 'Add New Event' screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Responsible Party to be listed in the 'Add New Event' screen in the  'Responsible Party' drop down list.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Log onto an OTM 6.0 system.

2 - Navigate to: Business Process Automation > Power Data > Status > Responsible Parties.

3 - Click NEW and create the following:

   ID: Enter as needed.
   Status Group Profile: ALL against the domain in use or PUBLIC.

4 - Navigate to: Business Process Automation > Power Data > Status > Responsible Party Profiles.

5 - Create a new Responsible Party Profile and link this to the Responsible Party created above.

6 - Navigate to: Shipment Management > Buy Shipments > select any shipment.

7 - Click on Actions > Shipment Management > Events > Add Shipment Event

8 - In the 'Add New Event' screen note that the Responsible Party drop down only contains 'Carrier' and not the ID of the newly created Responsible Party.
