Symptoms

Debrief Return Reason List of Values (LOV) shows inactive reason codes.

Expected behaviour is to see only active (CREDIT_MEMO_REASON) lookup codes in the Return Reason LOV.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. (R) Field Service Manager.
  2. Debrief Form.
  3. Tab to Materials, enter a return transaction, and choose the LOV for Return Reason.
    Note that codes which are invalid or end dated are also displayed.
