Goal
Why is a Garnishment for an employee in Illinois not deducted from their check?
They appear to have enough money to collect the deduction. (15% of Disposable Income)
Example:
Employee works in Illinois
Bi-Weekly Pay Period
Gross Pay = 528.75
Tax Deductions = 17.39
NET PAY = 511.36
