Symptoms
On : 11.5.10.2 version, Transaction Entry
When attempting to enter an order using the Quick Sales Order form,
the following error occurs.

Validation failed for the field Bill To
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Orders,Returns > Sales Orders
3. Using the Quick Sales Order form, enter an order and see error
