ORA-01002: Fetch Out of Sequence Error When Submitting Charges (Doc ID 1069518.1)

Symptoms

When submitting Charges in the SR form, then proceed to create a sales order, the following error occurs.

Errors
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CS_CHARGE_CREATE_ORDER_PVT" line 3135
ORA-01002: fetch out of sequence in Package CS_Charge_Create_Order_PUB procedure submit_Order 
then the error becomes
ORA-01002:fetch out of sequence in Package CS_Charge_Create_Order_PVT Procedure Submit_Order

 

Steps

(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
Create a Service Request
Submit charges

The error above is displayed
