No Requisitions after running Min Max Report

Symptoms

No Requisitions after running Min Max Report

You specify the input parameters for the min-max report.

You see that the report completes without error in "View My Requests" screen.

When you try to open the report by clicking on the "Report" button, you see the message; "Unable to generate requisitions.
