Last updated on JULY 01, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Process Manufacturing Financials - Version 12.0.0 to 12.1.3 [Release 12 to 12.1]

Executable:GMFACOST - OPM Actual Cost Process

Goal

I am trying to work out how OPM has arrived at an Item Cost using a PMAC Cost Type.

I know from the User Guide that the basic formula is:

(Prior Period Inv Balance * Prev Period Cost) + (Trans_Qty * Price)
(Prior Period Inv Balance + Sum(Trans_Qty).

However my issue is that I am unable to identify the tables where the data is coming from.

Specifically, can you please clarify where these values come from:

   - Prior Period Inv Balance
   - Prev Period Cost
   - Trans_Qty
   - Price
