Last updated on JULY 20, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Transportation Management - Version 5.5 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When using DayDuration, DistanceDuration or ExternalTransitDays Rate Service, the times created for the Shipment are always the same time regardless of when the shipment was created or the times set on the Order Release.

In addition, the value for the "Transit Time" for the shipment is shown in a fraction of a day instead of displaying the full Service Days configured on the Rate Service.
