Symptoms
If the Need-By Date of an autocreated Standard Purchase Order (PO) falls outside the effective dates of the referenced Global Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), upon clicking the Approve button, the buyer encounters the following error:
Error: Line # 1 This line references a source document or source document line that has expired.
Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Create and approve a Global BPA with Effective Dates: 1-MAR-2010 - 30-MAR-2010
2 - Create a Requisition with Need-by Date = 15-JUN-2010 and reference the Global BPA.
3 - Approve the Req.
4 - Autocreate the Requisition into a Standard PO
5 - Open the Standard PO and confirm that Reference Documents tab shows the Global BPA.
6 - Click the Approve button and the error appears :
Encounter error:
Error: Line # 1 This line references a source document or source document line that has expired.
The expectation is that as long as the PO's approval date is within the effective dates of the referenced Global BPA, then the given error should not be encountered.
