GLLEZL Journal Import Program

Symptoms

The Journal Import program ends in error when it is run for a subledger source and for a cross currency journal.

The log file shows the below error:

gllccl_cross_currency_lines()
    <x gllccl()
    Error in: gllccl
    Function return status: 0
    Function Err Message: failure to get cross currency account
    Function warning number:
    ************************************************    
 

    SHRD0044: Process logging off database and exiting...
    +--------------------------------------------------+
    No completion options were requested.
    SHRD0014:GLLEZL - process exiting with failure.

 

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. The user logs into the Application > General Ledger responsibility
  2. Journal > Import > Run > Submit the Journal Import request for the subledger source for a cross currency journal
  3. The Journal Import request ends with error in the log file
