Unable to create Buy Shipment Direct on 2 orders when Must Ship Direct flag is checked on one order

Symptoms
On OTM Version 5.5.05, When selecting 2 orders with the same source and destination where one has the "Must Ship Direct" Box checked on the constraints tab and the other does not, the building shipment process fails with the following error.

Unable to add order release SH.DIRECT2 to order bundle.
There are conflicting Must Ship Direct settings.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM
2. Go to Order Release Search screen and look up 2 Orders which have the same source and destination: One which has Must ship direct checked and the other which does not.
3. Select Both orders and go to Actions --> Create Buy Shipments --> Direct
4. click Ok on next 2 screens
5. Note the error received.
