Reference Numbers Added to a Tracking Event are Not Copied to the Shipment (Doc ID 1073758.1)

Symptoms

A Tracking Event is created that includes one or more Reference Numbers. Even after matching the Tracking Event to a Shipment (via Agent Actions), it is found that the Reference Numbers included on the Tracking Event are not assigned to the Shipment
