Symptoms

On OTM Version,6.0.3, When attempting to Plan an Order Direct, the following error occurs.

ERROR

java.lang.NullPointerException
at org.apache.xalan.xsltc.trax.DOM2SAX.parse(DOM2Sax.java:344)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an Order and Click actions - Operation Planning - Build Buy Shipments - Direct
2. See the null pointer error on the screen
