Contact Notification Stylesheet Dropdown Box Not Populated (Doc ID 1074071.1)

When editing a "Contact Notification", it is found that the dropdown boxes labeled "Stylesheet" are empty. It is expected that these include the choices where the user can override the default Stylesheets listed in the lower grid of this page.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Navigate to Business Process Automation -> Communication Management -> Contact Notification
2. Search for and Edit any entry
3. Notice that the "Stylesheet" drop down boxes on the page are all empty lists.
