Symptoms
An itinerary is created that includes Interim Locations. An Order Release that contains Stop information is planned onto this itinerary. The shipment is created successfully, however the Interim Locations are not added. When the same itinerary is used for an Order Release with no additional Stops, the Interim Location is successfully added.
