Change Stop Time Action Incorrectly Handled In Multi Leg Shipments

Symptoms
If two shipments are build from one OR (one Itinerary, box unchecked for calculate service time on the itinerary leg), the expected behavior is, that when changing the stop time for the second stop of the first shipment, the first stop of this shipment does not change but the first stop of the second shipment will be changed according to the hard-set transit time in the itinerary. The second stop of the same shipment also will have to change. This will only work in case both shipments are in the delivery window that is entered in the order release. If both shipments are out of the order delivery window, it is considered infeasible and a related error is displayed.
This has worked well in version 5.5. In version 6.0 the behavior changed:
Now both stop times change, which is considered incorrect behavior.
