Symptoms
When attempting to edit any Order Release, or Shipment,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax.servlet.jsp.jstl.core.LoopTagSupport
with the following first three lines
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax.servlet.jsp.jstl.core.LoopTagSupport
at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClassImpl(Native Method)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass(ClassLoader.java:258)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. navigate to any order release or any shipment and click on edit tab
2. You get the reported error
