Symptoms
On OTM 5.5 when an Agent is set to use the Action of ORDER RELEASE - MOD - FULL IMPACT but Before Persist is switched off the agent fails.
ERROR

java.lang.NullPointerException at glog.server.agent.business.order.CheckEditableShipment.isOrderTimeWindowCompatible(CheckEditableShipment.java:244)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an agent listening for ORDER RELEASE - MODIFIED, which contains the Action ORDER RELEASE - MOD - FULL IMPACT
2. Ensure the Agent is set with Before Persist unticked.
3. Create an Order Release and plan it onto a Shipment.
4. Update the Order Release and save the change.
5. The agent will fail.
Workaround, set the agent to Before Persist.
