Symptoms
When attempting to access on-line help for any language other than US English the following error occurs:
"The document you requested is not available in your host language"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the E-Business suite in a language other than (US) English.
2. Click Help.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, European users cannot access on-line help.
