Symptoms

On OTM Version 6.0.3, Find that we cannot run the standard cost savings report within OTM

-- Expected Behavior
Able to run the standard cost savings report within OTM


-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Navigate to Business Process and Automation > Reporting > Report Manager
2. Click on Cost Savings Report
3. Input Shipment Date Range
4. Define Group By(Set to Shipment by Default)
5. Click Submit
