Symptoms
Experience errors during Output Post Processing. The following message is included in the Output Post Processor log:
oracle.apps.xdo.XDOException: Unable to create font cache directory: /<DIR>/jdbc:oracle:thin:@(DESCRIPTION=(LOAD_BALANCE=YES)(FAILOVER=YES)(ADDRESS_LIST=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=some.place.com)(PORT=<PORT NUMBER>))(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=<HOST NAME>)(PORT=<PORT NUMBER>))(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=<COMPANY NAME>)(PORT=<PORT NUMBER>)))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=<SERVICE NAME>)))
NOTE:
"/jdbc:oracle:thin:@(DESCRIPTION=...)))" is a JDBC connect string and NOT an actual directory name.
