Symptoms
On OTM Version 6.1, Un-assigning a Driver from a shipment created from Driver Repositioning Shipment action, removes the driver, but also deletes the first stop from the shipment , which resulting in a one stop shipment.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect both stops should remain
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a driver, then reposition that driver
2. Selecting the shipment created from above, un-assign Driver In Actions> Fleet Management>Fleet Unassign>Driver
3. View resulting shipment, it displays only one Stop
