Symptoms

A User Level is configured that includes the following functions (among others)

Location - View
Location - Update

A User is created that is assigned to this Level. When a location is attempted to be accessed in either of methods below, the following exception is encountered:

1. Click on the "v" icon next to any location field
2. Location Finder
