Symptoms
Created and approved a new project. Create a Pre-approved expenditure batch for miscellaneous transactions, the new project number is not available in the LOV and entering the project number in the field results in "invalid value" error. The project is approved, the "create new transactions" action is allowed for the approved status, the expenditures are within the transaction dates of the project.
The expectation is that the new project will appear in the LOV.
