RIQ Distance not Properly Calculating when Using Additional Stops

Symptoms
In OTM Version 6.1, when adding additional stops to an RIQ making it a multistop, the mileage/distance does not change
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the mileage to change when additional stops are added to the RIQ.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM
2. Run an RIQ between any 2 locations
3. Note the mileage
4. Click Refine Inquiry
5. In the RIQ screen, click on Additional Stops and add one or more locations
6. Click Search
7. Note the distance still shows the same mileage
