Symptoms
On OTM 5.5.05 OTM is planning a Shipment Stop outside of the calender times, when the location is closed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect OTM to respect the calendar times.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a location with a calendar to dont perform RECIEVE from 5pm to 11:59pm
2. Plan a shipment where many orders are delivered to different locations and note that the calendar times are not respected.
