Symptoms
On OTM Version, 5.5 Cu5 RU7, Find that an Order Movement is planned on to more than one shipment and when trying to delete a Shipment, the shipment cannot be deleted.
Expected Behaviour

Expect that the same order movement is not planned on to two Shipments
Steps to Reproduce
-------------------
1. Try and plan an Order Movement Simultaneously with Bulk plan and Build Shipment on Primary Leg option using two different Browsers ( for example IE and Firefox)
2. See that both actions succeed and the same Order Movement is planned on to two shipments
