On OTM version 6.1 when attempting to create a shipment from a console, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Log onto an OTM 6.1 system

2 - Navigate to: Operational Planning > Schedule Management > Air.

3 - Click NEW and create:

ID: Enter as needed
Effective Date: 01/01/2010 12:49:00
Discontinue Date: 31/12/2010 12:50:00
Air Cargo
Major record Type: 13
Each dy of the week is ticked.
Interim flight:
Flight: 747
Service Provider: LJS_TL_CARRIER_1
Vehicle Type: XXXX_1
Source: CHI
Departure time: 9H
Destination: DEN
Arrival time: 11H

4 - From the success screen click on Actions > Create Consol.

5 - Entere a Departure Date: 2010-02-25

6 - Click OK

7 - In the Consol screen enter:

ID: Enter as needed
Allocated Volume: 15 CU M
Allocated Weight: 10 TON
Maximum Volume: 20 CU M
Maximum Weight: 20 TON

8 - Click Finished.

9 - From the Success screen clicked on Actions > Create Shipment.

10 - The error is shown.
