Symptoms
On OTM Version, 6.0.3, Find that when running the BOL Report, the report returns with no Data even though the shipment used to run the report has BOL data
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the BOL Report returns data
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to OTM and run the BOL Report by going to Shipment Management - Reports - Bill of Lading - Run Online
2. Provide Shipment ID, select the Report Format as PDF and click Submit
3. See that the report returns with No Data Found
