RIQ Returns Distance Not According To The User Preference (Doc ID 1079369.1)

Symptoms

If the user preference has the distance set to km (DBS is miles), and a 'rate and route' inquiry is run, it displays the distance in unit km, but the actual figure in miles is not converted.
