Symptoms
On OTM Version 5.5.05.02, Find that when trying to re-add the Invoice Adjusted Costs action after removing it from the custom BUY_SHIPMENT screen set copy, the action is not listed under the actions group.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Copy the BUY_SHIPMENT screen set.
2- Edit the copy > go to Actions tab > remove the Invoice Adjusted Costs > try to re-add the action > you will not find the action listed under the actions drop down list.
