Invalid Request Error when selecting "Drill to All" option on OTM reports (Doc ID 1080959.1)

Symptoms

On OTM Version 5.5.04, When clicking on one of the following options: Print to PDF, Email PDF Version or Generate XML on the screen after clicking DRILL TO ALL link in the canned Carrier Delivery Time Accuracy report , the following error is seen:

The requested URL is an invalid request. Can't process request


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM
2. Go to Business Process Automation> Reporting> Report Manager> Find the Carrier Delivery Time Accuracy report and click Run.
3. Enter a Shipment Date. Leave the rest as is and click Submit.
4. You will see the html results.
5. Click on the DRILL TO ALL link at the top of the screen. This takes you to a new screen.
6. Click on the Print to PDF, Email PDF Version or Generate XML and you get the error below:
