R12: AP: Inclusive Tax Lines in EBTax are not Getting Reversed When Invoice is Canceled (Doc ID 1081194.1)

While canceling an invoice, Inclusive tax lines in ETax are not getting canceled that causes wrong Total_Tax_amount in canceled invoice.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
When invoice is cancelled all tax lines should get cancel properly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create an invoice header.
2. Enter item line with tax details and make this as inclusive tax.
3. Now cancel invoice.
4. Observe that the Total_Tax_amount in invoice header is not set to 0.

BUSINESS IMPACT
Canceled invoices are showing wrong balance in the invoice workbench.
