Symptoms
On OTM Version, 5.5.05.06, When attempting to plan orders that can go through Multistop logic with a Multistop itinerary that has a Max Radius Percent For Deliveries set, then the following error occurs.

java.lang.NullPointerException
at glog.business.consolidation.multistop.MultiStopShipmentBuilder.isWithinRadius(MultiStopShipmentBuilder.java:442)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a Multistop itinerary with Max Radius Percent For Deliveries set
2. Plan orders using this multistop itinerary such that the orders plan through the multistop logic
3. See that the multistop fails with a null pointer exception and the orders are planned direct
