Interface Trip Stop Fails Due to Restricted Subinventories (Doc ID 1081367.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to interface a specific delivery, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
In ITS Log file:
   No Delivery Detail Found
  Inventory Interface could not process some of the lines in the batch as they are in error status.  Please query the lines using the Inventory Interface UI to correct the errors.

In HTMomse report,  MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE section:
   The Subinventory specified is not in the restricted list for the given item

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Nav->shipping->interfaces->run
2  Run interface trip stop for the problematic delivery
3.  ITS completes with warning
4.  Review ITS debug log file, see above error.
5.  Also review HTMomse report, see the error in  MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE:
