Symptoms
When copying a project from a template, project quick entry form (PAXPREPR.fmb) errors when the user hits the 'Ok' button:
ORA-1403: no data found
When the details button is hit:
FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062
