You attempt to baseline a task level budget and receive the following error:

Task funding is not equal to the budget total of the task. To baseline a draft budget the budget total must be the same as funding total.
(Message Name: PA_BU_UNBALANCED_TASK_BUDGET)

You have verified that each of the budgeted tasks has funding but you still cannot baseline the budget. Additionally, you may have been able to baseline this budget previously, but since you have added more tasks it will no longer baseline
