Symptoms
When submitting a request set, Copy button does not automatically display list of prior request sets as it does in Release 11.5.10.2. Instead it is required to input a '%' in the Find field and then click the Find button.
The behavior should work as it previously worked in 11i, which is the same way it still works in R12.
Ex. Submit a single request, i.e. clicking on the Copy button for a single request automatically,
the list of prior requests that were previously submitted appear
(without the user having to use the Find function.)
