Symptoms

Find that an agent configured to listen for an event SHIPMENT STATUS - RECEIVED, to trigger Shipment Status Modification, is not getting triggered

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create custom of Status Type and Value for Shipment Object
2. Configure Custom Shipment Events Status Codes.
3. Configure Event Group.
4. Configure an Agent to listen for Shipment Status Received to trigger an action for changing the Shipment status received
