Kewill Rating: Incorrect Description for lp_charge

Symptoms
When rating large packages using Kewill, the lp_charge is found and returned to OTM, but the cost detail reads as 'Undetermined or unrecognized token string - Key return from Flagship API = LP_CHARGE'
