Action check does not work with add shipment events action.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- Configure an action check with a saved query that checks on the shipment GID.

- Action : Add Shipment Event
- Query object: Shipment
- Condition: Any.

For instance:
- If the shipment GID = X then the event screen should open and can be saved.
- Else, a custom error label will be raised.

2- Select shipment Y > actions > events > Add Shipment Events > You can open the screen and add/save an event.
